Impact Investment Exchange (IIX) seeks a seasoned program leader for the Indonesia-focused Impact Investment Readiness Indonesia (IIRI) program. You will steer end-to-end delivery, coordinate across IIX units and Canadian partners, and ensure high-quality MEL data and donor reporting.

You will build partnerships with government and regulators, lead capacity-building for SMEs, and produce research and policy outputs to shape strategy and donor engagement.

Competenze

• 10–15+ years of experience in program management, with donor-funded work.
• Experience with GAC or bilateral/multilateral donors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia's SME, development finance, and impact investing.
• Proven ability to design or deliver training and capacity-building programs.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Lead the IIRI implementation, including workplans, budget, and donor reporting.
• Coordinate across IIX units and partners to deliver results.
• Develop and maintain MEL data, progress reports, and donor updates.
• Manage risk, documentation, and audits readiness.
• Co-design and deliver training and investment-readiness support for SMEs.
• Engage government and regulatory stakeholders and advocate policy outputs.
• Produce research, policy papers, and learning outputs to guide strategy.
