Job summary

World Vision Indonesia is seeking a Project Coordinator to improve the well-being of children and their families through the THRIVE project, coordinating, implementing, monitoring, and reporting to ensure quality delivery.

The role requires collaboration with churches, faith-based organizations, community leaders, government agencies, and other stakeholders to develop strategies, strengthen capacity, and uphold safeguarding and donor standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate THRIVE project activities across ADP level to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Support planning, budgeting, and monitoring with ADP teams and partners.
• Provide technical guidance to field staff and partners on THRIVE implementation.
• Ensure data collection, reporting, and compliance with safeguarding and donor requirements.
• Foster collaboration with churches, community leaders, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit regular MOM reports and project performance updates.
