You will collaborate with churches, community leaders, government partners, and donors to tailor interventions to local contexts, ensuring compliant, effective delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• The role focuses on coordinating and delivering complex development projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, monitor, and report the THRIVE project to improve child well-being.
• Ensure quality and accountable project delivery per donor, policy, and child protection standards.
• Engage with churches, faith-based groups, communities, leaders, government bodies, and other stakeholders to tailor interventions to local contexts.
• Contribute to Wahana Visi Indonesia’s core approaches: Transformational Development, Advocacy, and Emergency Response, including emergency preparedness.
