Job summary

World Vision Indonesia is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day project implementation, ensuring activities stay on time, within scope, and aligned with donor requirements. The role supervises the Project Officer and ensures strong community engagement and field delivery of humanitarian assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences preferred; candidates from other fields welcome.
• 3–5 years work experience or at least 1 year as supervisor/coordinator in humanitarian programs.
• Experience coordinating between sub-district and district government institutions and humanitarian organizations.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; local languages preferred; English is an added advantage.
• Own a vehicle and be prepared for 50% field and 50% admin work; reside in the project service area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and implementation of detailed project work plans and ensure alignment with objectives and donor requirements.
• Translate strategy into operational plans and provide technical guidance to the Project Officer.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure safeguarding, GESI, CEA, and accountability are integrated across activities.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and donor reporting; ensure timely submissions.
• Represent World Vision Indonesia in district-level coordination meetings and technical groups.
