Job summary

Tasvan Group is seeking a talented Light & Visual (LJ) to mastermind the venue's visual atmosphere and deliver immersive experiences for guests. You will work closely with the Entertainment team to ensure lighting and visuals align with the vibe and energy of each event.

Ideal candidates bring proven LJ or Lighting Operator experience in premium clubs or lounges, with proficiency in lighting consoles, DMX, and visual software such as Resolume, GrandMA, or Avolites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as LJ, Lighting Operator, or Visual Jockey in a high-end venue.

Responsibilities

• Control lighting and laser effects to match venue vibe and energy.
• Collaborate with Music Director/DJ to synchronize visuals with music and crowd energy.
• Pre-shift setup, programming, testing, and basic troubleshooting of lighting consoles and visual equipment.
• Adapt visual atmospheres for various scenarios, from lounge to peak-hour events.
