Job summary

LK Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager for Injection Molding Machines. The candidate will develop and execute the annual sales plan, identify new business opportunities across automotive, electronics, packaging, and general manufacturing, and manage key accounts.

Responsibilities include delivering technical presentations, coordinating with engineering teams, and negotiating contracts while ensuring margins. Willingness to travel across Indonesia is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven IMM sales experience.
• Experience with injection molding machines and two-platen machines preferred.
• Strong presentation and technical demonstration skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual IMM sales plan for the Indonesian market.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospects.
• Prepare and review proposals, quotations, and contracts; lead price negotiations.
