BYD in Bali, Indonesia, is seeking an IE Engineer to drive production line improvements, monitor line rhythm, and establish data-backed cost controls to boost efficiency and product quality.

You will set standard labor hours, work with departments to resolve anomalies, support new product trials with clear work instructions, and analyze equipment capacity to implement effective improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English; Chinese preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Improve production line efficiency, perform rhythm statistics, and manage databases to cut costs and boost quality.
• Set standard working hours and update labor cost data for capacity analysis.
• Coordinate with departments to fix production anomalies and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support trial production of new products and draft line work instructions.
• Analyze production equipment capacity loading and drive improvement plans.

[IE Engineer]

• According to the company's continuous improvement and TPS management needs, carry out production line improvement, production line rhythm statistics, establish database management and other work to reduce costs, improve production line efficiency and ensure product quality;
• Establish product standard working hours and regularly update labor costs for capacity analysis and modification;
• Coordinate with relevant departments to solve production anomalies, and follow up on the results of the measures taken to solve the anomalies;
• Participate in the trial production of new products, timely formulate the work instruction documents required by the production line, and follow up on the implementation of the production line;
• Establish production equipment capacity load analysis data and implement improvement plans.

Requirements

• English is advanced, chinese is able to speak is preferred;
• 1-3 years of experience;
• Bachelor degree, education major is electrical Engineering, mechanical Engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, etc.
