Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English; Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve production line efficiency, perform rhythm statistics, and manage databases to cut costs and boost quality.
• Set standard working hours and update labor cost data for capacity analysis.
• Coordinate with departments to fix production anomalies and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support trial production of new products and draft line work instructions.
• Analyze production equipment capacity loading and drive improvement plans.
