BYD Group is seeking an IE Engineer for our facility in Subang, West Java. The role focuses on production line improvement, rhythm statistics, and cost reduction to boost efficiency and safeguard product quality.

You will establish standard working hours, update labor cost analyses, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve production anomalies. Responsibilities also include supporting new product trials, drafting line work instructions, and analyzing capacity loads for improvement plans.

Formación

• English is advanced; Chinese language ability is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out production line improvement and rhythm statistics to reduce costs and improve efficiency and quality.
• Establish standard working hours and regularly update labor costs for capacity analysis.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to solve production anomalies and follow up on solutions.
• Participate in trial production of new products and prepare work instruction documents for the line.
• Establish production equipment capacity load analysis data and implement improvements.

[IE Engineer]

1. According to the company's continuous improvement and TPS management needs, carry out production line improvement, production line rhythm statistics, establish database management and other work to reduce costs, improve production line efficiency and ensure product quality;

2. Establish product standard working hours and regularly update labor costs for capacity analysis and modification;

3. Coordinate with relevant departments to solve production anomalies, and follow up on the results of the measures taken to solve the anomalies;

4. Participate in the trial production of new products, timely formulate the work instruction documents required by the production line, and follow up on the implementation of the production line;

5. Establish production equipment capacity load analysis data and implement improvement plans.

Requirements:

1. English is advanced, chinese is able to speak is preferred;
2. 1-3 years of experience;
3. Bachelor degree, education major is electrical Engineering, mechanical Engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, etc.
