Job summary

PT Jawa Satu Power is seeking an ICT Operation Staff to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT systems for the office and industrial environment. You will support day-to-day operation, administration, monitoring, and maintenance under the ICT Manager.

The role covers data center operations, backup and recovery, access management, and IT asset management within a large-scale power facility. Strong documentation and teamwork are essential, with Bahasa Indonesia required and English a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• Experience in IT operations, system administration, or data center support.
• Strong knowledge of Data Center operations and system administration.
• Understanding of backup and recovery operations.
• Familiarity with office and industrial IT systems.
• Proficient in documenting operational records and technical information.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia; basic English desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support installation, configuration, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and Data Center systems.
• Manage PCs, servers, office apps, and email clients.
• Handle user accounts, domain groups, and access permissions per authorization rules.
• Patch and update IT systems and software.
• Perform data backup and recovery for configurations, data, and logs.
• Support IT asset management and inventory records.
• Coordinate with users, ICT teams, vendors for issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with policies, cybersecurity, and HSE standards.
