Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor degree in Science, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
• Experience: More than 5 years in sales, with at least 3 years in a similar field.
• Sales drive: Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving/exceeding targets in a hunter role.
• Relationship skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Technical knowledge: Ability to support product promotion, technical inquiries, and customer training.
• Analytical ability: Strong problem-solving skills and market data analysis.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify and develop new opportunities within Refrigerant sector.
• Account Management & Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with key customers and understand their needs.
• Account Management & Growth: Grow the Refrigerant portfolio, increase sales, market share, and profitability.
• Market Representation & Networking: Represent Caldic at industry events and stay updated on market trends.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Prepare regular sales performance and market trend reports.
