Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, with corporate training focus.
• Experience developing engaging e-learning courses using authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging instructional materials for various learning modalities, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs to accurately capture content and ensure learning objectives are met.
• Apply ADDIE, SAM models to create effective training programs.
• Develop assessments, job aids, and performance support materials to reinforce learning.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance data.
