Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and procurement basics.
• 2-4 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Source new suppliers and obtain quotes for requested goods and services.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, delivery terms, and quality standards.
• Monitor supplier performance and address discrepancies or issues.
• Track orders from placement through delivery, ensuring timely arrival of materials.
• Maintain up-to-date records of suppliers, contracts, and procurement transactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and forecasting future requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Contribute to cost‑saving initiatives and process improvement efforts.
