Job summary

PT Weir Minerals Indonesia is seeking a Project Coordinator in Indonesia with a hybrid work arrangement. You will manage high-volume order fulfillment, coordinate BOMs, material planning, and production support across APAC regions.

You will communicate project status to customers and internal stakeholders, ensure accurate SAP updates, and help drive on-time delivery within budget, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrix structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and at least 1 year of SAP experience or willingness to learn.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in order fulfillment or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: Manage a high volume of simple make-to-order and OEM equipment projects, ensuring timely creation of BOMs, material planning, production support, and project documentation.
• Customer Communication: Professionally and proactively communicate project status, changes, and any issues impacting cost, quality, or delivery to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Revenue & Invoicing: Actively manage revenue recognition and invoicing expectations, reporting potential risks to senior management for timely mitigation.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate delivery and ensure products meet specifications, are delivered on time, and within budget.
