- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years in process optimization or industrial engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of lean principles, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing production lines to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement optimization strategies using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
- Lead pilot projects and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with operations, quality, and maintenance teams to sustain improvements.
- Train production staff on new procedures and best practices.
