Qualifications

Fresh graduates with Bachelor's degree and minimum GPA 3.50 (4.00 scale).
All majors welcome but preferably from Accounting, Finance, Engineering, and Business Management.
Professionals welcome with up to 2 years of working experience.
Strong communication, drive, willingness to learn, teamwork and analytical thinking are essential.
Leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Participate in a 9-12 month Management Trainee Program to develop into an operational leader.
Engage in comprehensive training modules to understand various aspects of the company's operations.
Collaborate with mentors to gain insights into leadership and management practices.
Be willing to be assigned across TAF branches throughout Indonesia.
