Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Lead Civil Engineer in Jakarta to direct civil and structural design for industrial, commercial, and development projects. You will oversee calculations, IFC drawings, and regulatory submissions under SNI with seismic/wind considerations.

Lead multidisciplinary coordination with architectural/MEP teams, review RFIs and shop drawings, and mentor junior engineers to ensure precise, compliant delivery and project success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in civil/structural design, incl. industrial projects.
• Experience as Engineer-in-Charge or technical lead.
• Strong knowledge of structural modeling and codes (SNI).
• Proficient in ETABS/SAP2000/STAAD/AutoCAD with IFC output.
• English proficiency for technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/structural design and ensure engineering compliance.
• Review/approve structural calculations and drawings.
• Coordinate with architecture/MEP teams for integration.
• Maintain QA/QC on technical drawings and specs.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage project delivery.
