Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a reputable university.
• Professional English proficiency for understanding technical documentation and communication with project stakeholders.
• Strong technical leadership and the ability to mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on civil/structural engineering design experience, including industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural engineering design activities with responsibility for structural integrity and compliance.
• Perform, review, and approve structural analysis, foundation design, RC and steel detailing, and engineering specifications.
• Lead projects from conceptual design to IFC documentation and coordinate with architectural and MEP teams.
• Ensure designs comply with Indonesian National Standards (SNI) and seismic/wind requirements.
• Review shop drawings, schedules, submittals, and RFIs in line with approved designs.
• Provide guidance to address design challenges, site conditions, and constructability issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with clients, contractors, and authorities.
