Job summary

Pt Pelayaran Nasional Ekalya Purnamasari Tbk is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for a hybrid role combining on-site physical counts with remote data analysis. You will ensure accuracy of inventory in the WMS, perform cycle counts, reconcile variances, and generate reports supporting stock optimization.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in inventory control, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented, analytical mindset to minimize losses and improve processes.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or associate degree in supply chain or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and numerical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and issues.
• Develop reports on inventory accuracy and turnover.
• Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams to optimize stock.
• Maintain accurate records in the WMS and support policy implementation.
