Job summary

PT Navya Retail Indonesia is seeking a Stock Assurance Executive to manage end-to-end stock counts for retail stores and warehouses across Indonesia. The role combines office tasks with field counts, data validation, and close collaboration with store, warehouse, and logistics teams.

You will lead planning, perform counts, analyze variances, and prepare reports for management, while ensuring SOP compliance, accuracy, and timely closures.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Able to travel frequently across Indonesia.
• Willing to work night and day shifts during stock counts.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute retail and warehouse stock counts per schedule.
• Conduct an average of 6–10 retail store stock counts per month, day and night.
• Validate data, prepare tools, and coordinate with store and warehouse teams.
• Supervise physical stock counting and resolve discrepancies on site.
• Reconcile counts with system data and prepare variance summaries.
• Ensure timely reporting and proper documentation of stock adjustments.
• Travel frequently across Indonesia to support stock counts.
