Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

• Proven experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms is a plus.
