Pt Gms Food Beverage International in Tangerang is seeking a meticulous Corporate Legal Assistant to support the legal team. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with flexible remote work to efficiently manage corporate records and assist attorneys in day-to-day tasks.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree and at least 2 years of experience, with strong organizational and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and governance databases.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain corporate minute books, board resolutions and records.
• Prepare and file corporate documents with government agencies.
• Coordinate board and committee meetings, agendas and minutes.
• Assist with due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and other transactions.
• Manage legal document repositories and provide general admin support.
