Job summary

PT Pan Brothers Tbk, a leading garment manufacturer in Indonesia, seeks a legally skilled professional to manage corporate identity documents, maintain legal files, and provide contract management support. The role requires a law degree with 5+ years in a managerial capacity, preferably in a multinational garment company, and fluency in English.

PERADI license is a plus; willing to be stationed in Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law from reputable university; a master degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in managerial level, preferably in garment industry and in multinational company.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).
• Excellent understanding of corporate law and regulatory law.
• A PERADI license will be a plus.
• Willingness to be stationed in Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Company's Legal Identities, and any other company's legal identity documentation, maintain & update a variety of legal files and records.
• Provide legal assistance with regards to Contract Management, from drafting, negotiating to performance.
• Support management level in negotiation, execution and closing of all project documents.
