Gameloft Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Environment Artist lead to guide the creation of AAA‑quality 3D environments and props. You will oversee production standards, planning, and timely delivery while mentoring a small team of artists and collaborating with the 3D Lead, Art Director, and external partners to align on vision and execution.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial professional experience as an Environment Artist in game development, including shipped titles at AAA or high‑end mobile quality.
• Experience supervising and mentoring artists, and collaborating with other studios, external partners, or freelancers.
• Stay organized, manage priorities effectively, and follow through on commitments.
• Identify challenges early and find practical solutions to keep work progressing.
• Communicate clearly in English and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Create an open, respectful environment where team members feel comfortable sharing ideas and asking for help.
• Notice small inconsistencies and hold your own work to a high standard.

Aufgaben

• Lead the delivery of AAA-quality, game-ready 3D environments and props from brief to final implementation.
• Oversee environment production quality, planning, communication, risk management, and reliable delivery.
• Mentor and develop the environment team through onboarding and workflow improvements.
• Coordinate with 3D Lead, Environment Artists, Art Director, Producers, and external collaborators on progress and risks.
