Job summary

Gameloft Indonesia is seeking a Environment Coordinator to drive day-to-day tasks for the Environment team, moving work from blockout to final asset, and ensuring feedback is integrated. You will work closely with the 3D Lead and artists to keep milestones on track and resolve blockers promptly.

You will collaborate with the Environment Lead, Art Director, and partner studios to maintain production standards, support asset optimization, and contribute to knowledge sharing and onboarding

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating art production pipelines for game environments.
• Ability to track tasks, milestones and deliverables across teams.
• Strong communication with artists and leads to unblock progress.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks, priorities, workload, and milestones.
• Monitor asset progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Review assets against standards and provide feedback.
• Follow up on revisions, blockers, dependencies, and missing information.
• Support artists with production and technical issues, escalating complex matters when needed.
• Coordinate Environment-related feedback with the 3D Lead and other teams.
• Report progress, risks, and quality concerns to the 3D Lead.
• Support knowledge sharing, onboarding, and day-to-day artist development.
