Job summary

PT Deltamas Solusindo is seeking an HVAC Engineer & Drafter to perform system design, calculations, and detailed drawings. You will develop HVAC layouts for split systems, VRF/VRF, AHU, FCU, and piping plans.

You will prepare shop and as-built drawings in AutoCAD, size ducts, and lay out refrigerant and chilled water piping, ensuring compliance with project specs and applicable standards. The candidate should have a Diploma or BSc in Mechanical Engineering and 2–3 years' HVAC drafting

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2–3 years of HVAC engineering and drafting experience, preferably in MEP contracting or building services.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D for HVAC design and technical drawing preparation.
Strong understanding of cooling load, airflow, and ventilation calculations.
Familiarity with HVAC equipment selection and specifications.

Responsibilities

Perform HVAC system design and engineering calculations (cooling load, airflow, ventilation, equipment capacity).
Design HVAC systems (split AC, VRF/VRF, AHU, FCU, chillers, exhaust, fresh air).
Prepare HVAC layouts, shop and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
Conduct duct sizing and HVAC piping layouts.
Coordinate HVAC with other MEP disciplines (electrical, plumbing, fire protection, architectural, structural).
Review drawings for compliance with standards and project requirements.
Provide technical support to resolve design and site installation issues.
