Job summary

PT Adi Teknik Karya Bakti is seeking a Drafter HVAC in Central Jakarta to translate HVAC designs into precise technical drawings. This full-time role collaborates with engineers and project teams to support complex HVAC projects.

The ideal candidate has CAD experience (AutoCAD/Revit), a relevant degree, and a solid grasp of HVAC systems and building codes. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical/ Civil/Engineering Drafting.
Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or Revit.
Solid understanding of HVAC system design and installation principles.
Familiarity with building codes and industry standards.
Strong attention to detail in technical drawings.

Responsibilities

Create detailed HVAC drawings including ductwork layouts and equipment schematics.
Convert sketches and specs into accurate to-scale drawings.
Ensure drawings meet codes, standards, and company specs.
Prepare isometrics, sections, and assembly details.
Collaborate with engineers and designers to clarify intent.
Maintain project drawing files and documentation.
Review drawings for accuracy before client/site submission.
Assist in BOM and equipment schedules.
Provide updated drawings during project execution.
Communicate with site personnel and suppliers on drawing needs.
