You will drive performance appraisal programs, employee development, and relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Strong leadership and HRIS proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software (TALENTA)
