Ensuring all HR daily operations running well

Overseeing employee contract management & payroll

Coordinating performance review processes, including evaluations and feedback discussions.

Creating development and training programs.

Support HR Manager in Industrial Relations and disciplinary

Supporting the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives

Doing: 50% Strategic - 50% Technical

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong conceptual thinking and good analytical skills.

Hands-on experience in the full HR cycle, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and C&B.

Solid knowledge of performance management, KPI frameworks, and learning & development practices.

Experience managing HR operations for an organization with 300+ employees.

Strong understanding of HR policy development and system improvement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Hands on all aspect HR cycle. Has capability to review and enhance HR policy and system .

Has good adaptability skills and mature , ability to work in fast paced industry.
