Sancha Artisan Milk Tea is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead and manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, labor relations, performance management, onboarding, and HR administration across the company's outlets in Indonesia. You will partner with department heads to forecast manpower needs and drive scalable HR processes.

Lead and manage overall HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fulfill manpower requirements across all outlets and departments.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and hiring.
Coordinate with department heads and Area Supervisors to identify manpower needs and recruitment priorities.
Ensure new employees complete the onboarding and orientation process properly.
Develop and maintain recruitment pipelines for operational and non-operational positions.
Monitor employee turnover, absenteeism, and manpower availability and provide recommendations to management.
Develop and implement HR policies, regulations, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and workplace issues professionally and fairly.
Monitor employee performance evaluation, probation, and contract renewal processes.
Coordinate training and employee development programs in collaboration with the Learning & Development function.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare regular HR reports, including recruitment progress, manpower status, turnover, attendance, and other HR metrics.
Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Lead and develop the HR team to ensure effective and efficient HR operations.
Provide HR insights and recommendations to management to support business and organizational growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially high-volume recruitment for operational or outlet positions.
Experience managing recruitment targets and manpower planning.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and employment regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Able to handle employee disciplinary matters and workplace conflicts professionally.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and familiar with HRIS/recruitment platforms.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
Willing to work with operational teams and visit outlets when required.
Target-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Strong ability to identify suitable candidates and assess candidates based on competency, attitude, and company culture fit.
