You will develop scalable people processes, assess candidates, and onboard new hires, while maintaining a high talent bar and guiding teams to understand our culture and mission.

We are looking for a Human Resource Specialist who is / can:

• Build Strong Team Systems and Culture: Foster an open-minded, innovative, and high-performance culture inspired by global and US-style working environments.
• Acquire Great Talent across Asia, Europe, and the US: Identify, attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent across different fields.
• Maintain a High Talent Bar: Ensure we consistently bring in people who demonstrate strong ability, ownership, and potential.
• Inspire and Develop People: Help new team members understand our culture, standards, and mission, and set them up to succeed.

We're not looking for someone who simply executes briefs.

We're looking for someone who can think, create, experiment, and push the quality of execution work further than what's considered “good enough.”
