Ajaib Group in Indonesia is seeking a People Systems & Automation Lead to own HR technology, streamline processes, and enable data-driven decisions across the People function.

You will work hands-on with low-code tools and APIs, manage HRIS and ATS integrations, and partner with IT and Security on access controls and data protection. Experience with chatbots or AI-powered workflows is a plus.

This role offers a fully hybrid arrangement and opportunities to shape scalable people tech as we grow.

Formación

• 2–4 years in HRIS, business systems or ops automation.
• Hands-on with low-code tools and APIs.

• Experience building chatbots or AI-enabled workflows is a plus.
• High-growth startup or fintech experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the HRIS and the ATS integration, including configuration, upgrades and vendor management.
• Keep HRIS data accurate and feed the People dashboard.
• Build and run automations across People processes, with clear documentation and monitoring.
• Own the internal chatbot, improving its coverage and answer quality for employee queries.
• Restart and deliver the paused TA and onboarding automations.
• Manage Google Workspace account lifecycle for joiners, movers and leavers.
• Work with IT and Security on access controls and data protection.
• Build the AI use cases prioritized by the VP, People Strategy, from prototype to rollout.
• Measure manual hours saved and report them quarterly.

Role Overview

We are looking for a People Systems & Automation Lead to own Ajaib's People systems and automation. You will make our HR technology reliable, connected and increasingly automated, freeing the People team from manual work and giving leaders accurate data to make decisions.

This is a new, dedicated role for a hands‑on builder who is comfortable with low‑code tools and APIs, works well with IT and Security, and is excited to apply AI to real people processes.

Key Responsibilities

HRIS & ATS

• Own the HRIS and the ATS integration, including configuration, upgrades and vendor management.
• Keep HRIS data accurate and complete enough to feed the People dashboard.

Automation & Chatbot

• Build and run automations across People processes, with clear documentation and monitoring.
• Own the internal chatbot, improving its coverage and answer quality for employee queries.
