We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development to support business growth and people initiatives across the organization. This role will partner closely with stakeholders to drive recruitment, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness while providing end-to-end HR support as a trusted HR generalist.

The ideal candidate should possess strong business partnering capability, hands-on recruitment experience, and a good understanding of the overall HR framework including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to support people and organizational initiatives

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from manpower planning to onboarding
