Job summary

PT Sinar Udaya Nasional seeks an HR Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across beauty, skincare, cosmetics, FMCG, retail and e-commerce. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers to fill multiple roles.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, JobStreet, Glints and other platforms, conduct interviews and assessments, and support hiring for roles including Head of E-Commerce, Content Creative, KOL Specialist, Sales and Product Development.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in recruitment within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industries.
• Strong interview and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Proactive, communicative, and target-driven.
• Experience with HRIS or recruitment systems is a plus.
• Ability to source candidates across multiple platforms.
