ASRI is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental programs across high-rise properties. You will monitor compliance, oversee external audits, and develop policies to improve safety and productivity.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field, 10+ years of HSE experience with at least 3 years in management, and fluency in English. You will manage risk assessments, incident investigations, and training initiatives.
Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures, keeping them up-to-date in accordance with changes in legislation and company directives.
Oversee and ensure the successful completion of HSE audits conducted by external parties.
Develop new policies addressing safety, health, and environmental concerns, which may involve implementing new equipment, creating training programs, and strategies to enhance productivity while adhering to safety standards.
Manage and control budgets related to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives.
Conduct both internal and external safety audits.
Provide safety guidance and advice, including supervising the preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start-up activities.
Demonstrate working knowledge in Health, Safety, and Environment Management Systems, Environmental Discharges, Incident Command System, Incident Investigation using the Tripod Beta Tool, HSE Auditing Techniques, HEMP, and Radiological Safety.
Possess strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
Knowledge of Indonesian Health, Safety, and Environment regulations.
Professional qualifications or certifications in Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) management, and Fire & Safety Management Systems.
Minimum 10 years of experience as HSE preferably in a similar setting for High-rise Buildings (office buildings, apartments, or hotels).
Minimum 3 years of experience as HSE managerial level
Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and programs tailored to the specific needs of the building, apartment, or hotel.
Knowledge of emergency response and evacuation procedures.
Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
Strong organizational skills to maintain HSE records, documentation, and reporting.
