ASRI (a subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group) is seeking an Engineering Manager to plan, oversee, and optimize maintenance, operations, and upgrades across mall facilities and utilities. You will lead MEP, HVAC, and safety systems to ensure reliability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 7–10 years in engineering with 3–5 years in management, and mall/property experience. You will coordinate vendors, supervise testing and commissioning, and drive energy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in engineering/technical roles, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial position
  • Experience in mall, property, or commercial building management is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, building utilities, and safety systems
  • Familiarity with building regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and decision-making skills
  • Willing to be placed at Bekasi area

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, monitor, and evaluate all maintenance, operational, and repair activities for mall facilities and utilities
  • Ensure optimal performance of all building systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and safety systems
  • Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, ensuring timely and effective execution
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities comply with internal standards, safety regulations, and management requirements
  • Monitor and evaluate energy consumption, and implement energy efficiency initiatives
  • Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate vendor performance in accordance with established agreements and service standards
  • Plan, oversee, and ensure project completion within agreed timelines, including proper handover from project teams
  • Supervise testing and commissioning of building utilities and equipment to ensure proper functionality
  • Review and evaluate engineering reports prepared by the engineering administration team
