Job summary

Accenture is hiring an HSE Manager to lead client site health, safety and environmental programs across regions. You will translate enterprise standards into practical field guidance, manage audits, and oversee incident investigations.

This role requires strong client-facing communication, regulatory knowledge, and CSP certification or international equivalents. The position offers exposure to high-risk projects and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent field experience in HSE, Industrial Hygiene, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading audits, investigations, and corrective action programs; experience in high-risk industries or complex client environments.
• Strong client facing communication and escalation management skills; experience leading regional programs or multi-site operations.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant safety regulations; working knowledge of ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks platforms.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety, HS&E, Industrial Hygiene, or related discipline.
• English language proficiency.
• Professional certification (CSP or international equivalents) with 7-10 years of progressive HSE experience.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operationalize client site and offsite HSE programs across regions; translate standards into field guidance.
• Provide technical direction, coaching, and QA for audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Lead complex incident investigations, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• Govern training, authorization, and site readiness across scope; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders on safety requirements and contractual obligations.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in field execution.
