Job summary

PT CBRE Consultancy Services is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Engineer to supervise a team delivering HSE programs for clients. The role sits within the Environment Health and Safety function, focusing on safeguarding employees and communities.

You will oversee playbooks and procedures, ensuring they are current, complete, and effectively implemented. The position emphasizes cost reduction while maintaining service quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of job-related experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Master-level inquisitive mindset and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and client needs.
• Evaluate new and existing programs to assess suitability and the need for changes.
• Support the process for monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
• Act as a resource to staff and internal customers as the subject matter expert.
• Oversee plans, playbooks, and procedures for currency and effective implementation.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while improving service quality.
• Establish work schedules and delegate tasks to staff.
• Resolve complex problems and determine appropriate approaches to existing solutions.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
