Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of related experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of processes and procedures in own function.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and client needs.
• Evaluate new and existing programs for suitability and changes.
• Support monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
• Act as a resource to staff and internal customers as subject matter expert.
• Oversee plans, playbooks, and procedures to ensure they are current and effective.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
• Delegate tasks and establish work schedules for staff.
• Resolve complex problems and select approaches to meet team objectives.
