Job summary

MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia is seeking a seasoned ESH Manager to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive ESH management systems on site in Jakarta. The role requires leading risk assessments, site inspections, audits, trainings, and incident investigations, while ensuring compliance with K3 regulations and ISO 45001/14001 standards.

The candidate will drive environmental compliance, manage emergency response protocols, and act as primary contact for safety audits and government inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Health and Safety management.
• Ahli K3 Umum certification recognized by the Ministry of Manpower.
• Expert knowledge of K3 Regulations and OSH standards.
• Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence safety behavior at all levels.
• Ability to work full-time on-site and manage emergency response protocols effectively.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems is highly preferred.
