Job summary

Qualifications

• 至少3年HSE专员工作经验，电子制造或组装行业经验优先。

• 持有有效的通用职业健康与安全专家执照（印尼劳动部）。
• 对职业安全法、政府条例及环境法规有深入了解。
• 优先考虑拥有SMK3内部审计员、急救员或危险有毒废物管理员等认证者。

Responsibilities

• 领导并维护SMK3体系，编制并更新风险评估与控制文件。
• 对工伤事故/未遂事故进行调查，提出纠正措施并报告。
• 开展现场安全检查与审计，确保设备、个人防护装备及应急设施完好。
• 开展K3培训与安全教育，覆盖新员工、访客与承包商。
• 监督危险废物与一般废物的储存与记录，符合许可与法规要求。

Job description

To ensure that all manufacturing operations at PT Jide Electric Indonesia comply with health, occupational safety and environmental protection standards, and adhere to all labour laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, in order to create a safe, healthy working environment free from workplace accidents and environmental pollution.

法规遵从与职业安全健康管理体系（SMK3）：根据2012年第50号政府法规及现行环境法规，领导职业安全健康管理体系的实施与维护。
Regulatory Compliance and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3): Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 and current environmental regulations.

风险识别与危害评估：编制并更新工厂及辅助设施所有运营区域的《危害识别、风险评估与控制》文件。
Risk Identification and Hazard Assessment: Prepare and update the ‘Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control’ documentation for all operational areas within the factory and ancillary facilities.

事故预防与调查：对每起工伤事故或未遂事故进行全面调查，分析根本原因，制定纠正措施，并定期向职业安全与健康指导委员会及劳动部门提交报告。
Accident Prevention and Investigation: Conduct comprehensive investigations into every work-related accident or near-miss, analyse root causes, formulate corrective measures, and submit regular reports to the Occupational Safety and Health Steering Committee and the labour authorities.

现场检查与审计：在生产区域进行例行安全检查，确保工作设备符合使用标准、个人防护装备齐全，以及便携式灭火器和疏散通道等应急设施处于待命状态。
On-site Inspections and Audits: Carry out routine safety inspections in production areas to ensure that work equipment complies with usage standards, personal protective equipment is complete, and emergency facilities such as portable fire extinguishers and evacuation routes are in working order.

职业安全与健康（K3）培训与文化：开发并实施职业安全培训项目、日常安全指导，以及面向新员工、访客和承包商的安全教育。
Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Training and Culture: Develop and implement occupational safety training programmes, daily safety briefings, and safety education for new employees, visitors and contractors.

环境与废物管理：根据环境与林业部的许可和规定，监督危险和有毒物质（B3）以及非B3类工业废物的储存、记录和管理。
Environmental and Waste Management: Supervise the storage, record-keeping and management of hazardous and toxic substances (B3) and non-B3 industrial waste in accordance with the licences and regulations of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry.

至少拥有职业健康与安全、环境工程或公共卫生专业学士学位。
Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering or Public Health.

具备英语的读、写、说、听能力（必备）。具备普通话的读、写、说、听能力（加分项）。
Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and listening in English (Mandatory). Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and listening in Mandarin (an advantage).

至少3年HSE专员工作经验，电子制造或组装行业经验者优先。
At least three years’ experience as an HSE Officer; experience in the electronics manufacturing or assembly sector is preferred.

持有印度尼西亚共和国劳动部颁发的、仍处于有效期内的通用职业健康与安全专家执照。
Hold a valid General Occupational Health and Safety Specialist licence issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia.

深入了解1970年第1号《职业安全法》、2012年第50号政府条例以及印尼的环境法规。
In-depth knowledge of the Occupational Safety Act No. 1 of 1970, Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012, and Indonesian environmental regulations.

持有SMK3内部审计员、事故急救员或危险有毒废物管理员等额外认证者优先。
Preference will be given to candidates holding additional certifications such as SMK3 Internal Auditor, First Aid Officer or Hazardous and Toxic Waste Manager.

具备果断有效的沟通技巧、良好的问题分析能力，以及在处理紧急情况时的迅速反应能力。
Possess decisive and effective communication skills, strong problem-analysing abilities, and the capacity to react swiftly when dealing with emergencies.
