Job summary

Eurokars Group Indonesia is seeking an HRIS & Operation Admin to support HR operations and ensure accurate, organized HR administration. You will maintain employee data in the HRIS, manage onboarding, and help with SOPs and process documentation.

With 1–2 years in HR administration or HRIS, you will work across departments to ensure system integrity and compliant records while handling confidential information with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years HR admin/HRIS experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems; SunFish HR is a plus.
• Strong MS Office and data handling skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system.
• Support HRIS administration including movements, attendance, leave, and records.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of HR data and documentation.
• Assist onboarding, personnel files, and HR operational processes.
• Develop, update, and maintain HR SOPs, work instructions, and process docs.
• Support process improvement for consistency and efficiency.
