Job summary

Red Communication Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking an HRBP Intern to gain hands-on exposure to recruitment and HR projects while collaborating with our HRBP team. The role is hybrid, with 2 days on-site per week, and is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates in psychology or a related field.

You will learn to support end-to-end recruitment, assist performance management, help plan employer branding, organize HR documentation, and produce basic reports and decks.
