Job summary

PT Bali Medika Husada in Bali seeks an HRD Training & Development Officer to plan, implement, and evaluate staff training to ensure competency, regulatory compliance, and hospital accreditation standards. Domiciled in Bali preferred; English fluency required; willing to be placed at Lira Medika Hospital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, management, public health, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR Training & Development, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Domiciled in Bali preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of hospital accreditation standards and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate employee training programs to ensure staff competency, regulatory compliance, and hospital accreditation standards.
• Conduct training needs analysis, organize internal and external training, maintain documentation, monitor mandatory certifications, and support employee development initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide reports to management to support continuous quality improvement.

Job description

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR Training & Development, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Domiciled in Bali (preferred)

Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
