Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum experience as an HR Supervisor in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of Labor Law and Industrial Relations practices.
• Knowledge of core HR functions including Recruitment, Training, and OD.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities for staff and operator-level positions within the assigned area.
• Manage HR administration processes including contracts, attendance, payroll data, overtime, and outsourced staff administration.
• Act as liaison between Head Office, management and employees on HR policies and programs.
• Represent the company in dealings with external parties such as labor authorities and handle employee relations issues.
• Identify and mitigate labor-related risks ensuring compliance and positive industrial relations.
