Job summary

Cinépolis Indonesia is seeking an HR Service Officer to support day-to-day HR administration and employee services. The role covers probation and contract renewals, resignation data, leave entitlements, and HR document preparation.

Additionally, you will coordinate travel for Head Office staff and assist staff engagement activities across cinema sites. A 4-month temporary contract is available for the maternity leave cover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Management, Psychology or related field.
• 1 year of experience in HR Administration, HR Services, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of HR administration and employee documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

HR Services Officer (Temporary for Maternity Leave)

We are looking for an HR Service Officer to support day-to-day HR administration and employee services, including:

Managing employee probation and contract periods, including monitoring and renewal processes.

Preparing and administering employment contract renewals.

Managing employee resignation data and calculating remaining leave entitlements.

Preparing various employee letters and HR-related documents.

Coordinating business travel arrangements, including transportation and hotel bookings for Head Office employees.

Supporting employee engagement activities at both cinema sites and Head Office.

Providing general HR Service support to ensure smooth and timely employee administration.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Administration, HR Services, or a similar role.

Good knowledge of HR administration and employee documentation.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Willing to work from Karawaci.

Willing to work on a 4-month temporary contract.
