Job summary

Cinépolis Indonesia is seeking a capable Fast Food Restaurant Supervisor to oversee frontline teams, ensure service standards, and support cinema operations. You will supervise shifts, monitor guest experience, and coordinate with the Manager on Duty to maintain smooth daily performance.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and strong leadership, with good English and a customer-service orientation. This on-site position offers growth in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Hospitality / Tourism / Management or related fields.
• Experience supervising or coordinating frontline teams in a service-oriented or operational environment.
• Good leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide and motivate team members on shift.
• Able to handle operational challenges and elevate issues appropriately.
• Basic understanding of operational cost control and service performance.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support daily cinema operational activities to ensure smooth operations and positive customer experience.
• Execute and monitor crew schedules as assigned by the Manager on Duty, ensuring adequate staffing and operational readiness.
• Assist in implementing operational plans and timelines to support cinema performance targets.
• Monitor operational activities and report any issues, incidents, or irregularities to the Manager on Duty.
• Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness standards are consistently applied across all operational areas in accordance with company policies.
• Support the execution of in-cinema promotions, marketing activities, and special events.
• Supervise frontline crew performance during shifts and provide guidance to ensure service standards are met.
• Conduct routine checks of cinema facilities — including lobby, auditoriums, restrooms, and offices — to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with regulations.
