Job summary

Cinépolis Indonesia is seeking a Procurement - Strategic Sourcing Specialist to manage local and imported goods, including IT equipment, for the business needs. You will negotiate with vendors and ensure compliance with budgets and specifications.

Responsibilities include maintaining vendor databases, creating item codes in Axapta, processing purchase requests, and coordinating payments with internal teams to ensure timely settlements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist, Strategic Sourcing Specialist, or in a similar procurement role.
• Experience in procuring IT equipment or technology-related goods is preferred.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Procure local and imported goods (Foods & Non-Foods) meeting specs, quality, and budgets.
• Procure IT-related goods (laptops, monitors, printers, networking equipment, software) per requirements.
• Gather vendor data: prices, delivery times, regulations, taxes, track records, and product specs for purchases and import projects.
• Maintain updated vendor and product database to support purchasing decisions.
• Handle purchasing admin: orders and shipments comply with policies and regulations, including packing and shipping routes.
• Create item codes in Axapta, initiate purchase requests, and seek approvals.
• Follow up on outstanding payments to vendors and coordinate with internal teams for timely payment processing.

Procurement - Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Procure and negotiate for local and imported goods (Foods & Non-Foods), ensuring they meet specifications, quality standards, and budgets to support business needs.

Procure IT-related goods and equipment, such as laptops, computers, monitors, printers, networking equipment, software, and other IT hardware, based on business and user requirements.

Gather and manage information including prices, delivery times, regulations, taxes, vendor track records, and product specifications for purchasing and import projects such as projectors, sound systems, screens, IT equipment, and other operational needs.

Maintain an updated vendor and product database to support purchasing decisions and ensure competitive pricing.

Handle administrative tasks related to purchasing, ensuring orders and shipments comply with company policies and applicable regulations, including packing requirements and shipping routes.

Create item codes in Axapta, initiate purchase requests, and seek approval from the Strategic Sourcing Coordinator or Head of Procurement.

Follow up on outstanding payments to vendors and coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely payment processing.

Main Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist, Strategic Sourcing Specialist, or in a similar procurement role.

Experience in procuring IT equipment or technology-related goods is preferred.

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
