• 5+ years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist roles.
• Strong experience in recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes and Organization Development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to support people and organizational initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from manpower planning to onboarding.
• Support Organization Development initiatives including competency development, organizational structure, and job design.
• Act as a trusted HR partner in handling employee-related matters and providing practical HR solutions.
• Drive employee engagement, people development, and culture-building initiatives.
• Analyze HR data and insights to support business and workforce decisions.
• Collaborate across functions to continuously improve HR processes and employee experience.
