Job summary

PT. Odilia Bintang Raya is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, administer psychological assessments, and maintain candidate databases. The role requires strong English interviewing skills and excellent communication.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and able to handle HR administrative tasks while supporting a fast-paced hiring process in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment.
• Fresh graduates with internship in related field welcome.
• Proficient in psychological test tools.
• Able to conduct candidate interviews in English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented, organized, and responsible.
